If I was the GM of the Rockets I’d want to build my team around Chris Paul. Paul is the future of this league. Kobe only has a few good seasons left and Lebron is overrated. I’d never build my team around a big man. I’d trade Yao for Chris Paul and anything else I can get.

I am making a pokemon team from diff regions with no starters and legendaries, i have:

Salamence
Metagross
Weaville
Lucario
Starapor
Bronzong or Militoic

I’m happy with all my team but the bronzong or miliotic plz tell emw hcih 1 i shud use and giv reasons. (i would use the bronzong because it can learn moves that weaken pokemons statuses even though the metagross is same type it doesnt weaken my team because bronzong is weak to nothing with its special abilities, but miliotic would work good as a water spec.) any further help to my team will be highly appreciated

The Question is asked:


Do you build teams around guys who just can demonstrate great talent on the field?

Or do you prefer to have a team with players who may not be as talented but are good character guys in the locker-room?

i.e….Terell Owens without question is a great talent and is among the best receivers the game has ever seen (based soley on talent)…but he has garnered a reputation (in San Francisco, Philadelphia and now Dallas) for being a locker-room cancer in his disputes with his QB’s (Jeff Garcia, McNabb, and now Romo) and even other teammates
..then you have a player like Hines Ward, who is a good locker room presence, seldom do you hear of him having run-ins with his teammates and you probably wouldn’t put him among the top-ten receivers in the game (that’s debatable I know)….but he still remains productive and again is a strong character guy…(and I don’t want to take anything away from Ward he does have considerable talent at the WR position)

Now the question isn’t who is a better player (by talent I would most certianly say Terrell Owens)…but the question is, if you are an NFL owner/GM do you put players in your locker room who bring loads of character and perhaps not as much talent…or do you ignore the character of a player and pursue him soley on talent??

TEAMS - we all have one some where, familys, work and even when you go out.

Todays Teens are not respecting our community’s. If they learn more about self respect and more about teams they will look at the community as being a team and so if they a teached that if one team member lets them down, the whole team suffers but in this case its the community that suffers.

Its easy just to teach a teen what a team is, but lets but it into context. Make them relise what they are doing, make them relise what it feels like to open a door for some1.
It all gains self respect for them selves and for the community. When people walk past each other and don’t say hello, its because they a either to scared to or they just don’t want to. BUT if they are told that we are all one big team they will start helping out etc.
Teens won’t be fighting with each other + i am on about a punch in the face for no reason kind of thing, becasue they will b told that they are 1 team and don’t let the team dow

i currently have a wartortle lv20 and a pikachu lv 19 ( i only started 2 days ago, ) i focus on trainig specific pokemon, i wan to build an ultimat team for the elite 4 but with no legendaries, what pokemon would u sugest i put in it? also, i can trade, so that means no alakazam, golem, scizor, gengar, steelix, kingdra etc. if u guys would also give me a step by sep guide on how to trade that would be awesome thx!
