Team Building

I have 128 unique sports equipment products that I would like to build a successful company around them. I have the patents and three sales people, but I need business and marketing people to complete the team.

I have been trying to fill these positions with soccer lovers, because the products are soccer related. (balls, shin guards, socks, etc.)

I am welcoming any suggestions or advise on building this team.

Can you suggest some ideas about how to build a Pokemon team effectively? As in for the beginning part of the game (where there’s no way to encounter a super legendary Pokemon or such).

My starter is Charmander!

garchomp-(nature is sp attack increase) draco meteor, dragon claw, dig, and crunch. Im thinking about changing its moves too earthquake (better than dig) brick break( super effective against ice, and steel), outrage, and i am not sure what the next one should be giga impact?

Im a member of the site friendcodes.com and it has its own little league thing. It has the 8 ‘gym leaders’ and the ‘elite 4′ and I would really like to challenge them… There’s a couple of rules and I cant use Ubers. I want some help in building a poke team. The gym leaders use Ice/Ground, Water/Fire, Flying/Psychic, Water/Steel, Psychic/Water, Dark/Ghost, Fighting/normal, Electric/Flying. The Elite 4 use Water/Dragon, Dragon/Steel, Steel/Flying and Grass/Water.

Any suggestions? Im thinking my venusaur and a rhyperion, whichim training using smogon.com. Thanks.
