Firstly, can i get salamence before the elite four?
Also a moveset would be helpful

Other pokemon i got in mind for the elite four are:

My Manectric, Gardevoir, Camerupt, Swampert, Breloom.

Any ideas on whether i should swap any pokemon..?

I need to lead my groups weekly meeting. We work in transportation for a large corporation. Our duties include answering phones and emails and providing excellent customer service to our carriers, vendors, and shippers. We are split up into 4 regions; North, South, West, and Special Projects.

Our marching band doesn’t always get along with one another. In fact there are many internal disagreements within the sections. Now that I am drum major not only do I want to see changes, but I am expected to start putting better ideas out on the table. The winds, guard and percussion are always doing their own things and when we get together for practices and performance we get nothing done and end up frustrated. I have some ideas but i want to be open to more suggestions. Could someone give me some suggestions on team building exercises EVERYONE in band can participate in?
