Well as every one can see Ramos is having a good change around of the time I think and bringing strenth to the defence and midfield which has been Tottenhams problem for a very long time.
I will be very sad and upset to see Berbatov go but im sure Ramos knows what he is doing.Im 27 and ive seen players come and go.So if Berbatov and other really good players go im sure they will be replaced by new players just as good or better.It seems to me Ramos is building a new team that has strenth through out not just the forwards/strikers.Great players come and go all the time!

I think Berbatov wants the of promise of that he will be playing for a good winning team.Yes Spurs won the Carling cup but we had a bad season in the premiership.
If I was a player I would want to play for team that doing well and a team that would be good for my future.
I think Berbatov maybe waiting to see who Ramos signs up in the near future,like waying up his options.
I think this will be Spurs year where they may win european cup,Carling cup again but I dont think we will the prem just yet but im sure we will get in to the champ league for next season.Teams have good & bad times,for a few years there at the top & cause times change they can be down the bottom.
Im sure if Berbatov thinks he has a good season set up in front of him he will stay at Spurs.Know one wants to stay some where they dont have a good future.
Kean was very good but im sure he will be replaced by someone just as good or maybe better & I know Ramos will make sure of that.
I have been thinking for a long time that the defence should be strenthened.The example of this is the games last season we where winning & had a good chance of winning the game & we had goals scored against us cause of sloppy defending and lost the games.I get the feeling Berb doesnt want to go to Man United & I have nothing against Man u cuz there a very good team but Berb wants a good future im sure of it!!
I think that Ramos is building a stronger team cause of the arrival of news players and players leaving the club.There is a big shake up going on in the team.
But as i’ve said I really think Berbatov is thinking carefully what he wants to do cause it might be that Ramos can promise him a very good future and if so if it was my self I would stay at the club.In any sport no will stay with a team that doesnt have a good future.But im thinking if berbatov wanted to go as much as it rumoured he wud of left by now which brings me to the point again that he is waiting to see what happens.Spurs are looking to bring in two new players at a cost 34mil.Plus im thinking with a club like man u Berb may struggle to get a game cuz of the super star players man u already has.I can understand how Berb feels.One hand he wants to stay with Spurs but on the other he wants a good future promised,like playing in the champions league.And Putting Berb on the bench for Leyton Orient 5-1 on Wednesday night doesnt help matters concerning Berbatov cuz that will just make things worse.So if Ramos wants to keep him shudnt be benching him.But maybe to keep him from injury
Ramos will rebuild Spurs just like he did with Sevilla, he is probably second best manager in EPL, right after Scolari and Spurs will have top quality players in the future.Tottenham where falling well short of expectations as their poor defending meant they were in the relegation zone when Ramos arrived.I do think it is risky what Ramos but Ramos comes in takes over and shortly after they win the Carlin cup.During his first season with Sevilla, he won the UEFA Cup in the final against Middlesbrough, where his side won 4–0, and also winning the UEFA Super Cup.
