the librarian asked: I am starting a new supervisory position and wanted some good ideas for icebreakers. All the employees have been working together-I am being bought in to manage this team. I have looked through websites and books and have a few that are ok-I have participated in some that were really fun and would like more to choose from-please give me some ideas. No more than 15 mins though-I thought about doing a possible short Myers Brigg…..

Cheerio asked:
My team of 15 members have all formed groups of 3 and refuse to work if the other is not rostered. I desperately need to conduct an indoor room training where I break them into groups of 3 and give them team building activity where they are forced to work and communicate with each other. My aim is to make sure that they are grouped with members who are not part of their cliques. Ive searched the internet for team building games but its one endless maze. Help
