Pokemon Emerald Team Building / Salamence Vs Flygon?

Firstly, can i get salamence before the elite four?
Also a moveset would be helpful
Other pokemon i got in mind for the elite four are:
My Manectric, Gardevoir, Camerupt, Swampert, Breloom.
Any ideas on whether i should swap any pokemon..?

Flygon has a better moves choice. Only a little weaker in stats. And to the one calling this person a “tard” your looking at something like this so what does that make you?. Michael H

Flygon has 4 advantages and 2 weaknesses.
Salamence has 6 advantages and 3 weaknesses.
flygon is a little out of the box for Dragon types unlike most he is not a drogon a flying but a dragon and ground. Plus while he is still a ground type he can learn fly which is totally a awsome for a ground type. Overall he is better.

defintiely salamence……..salamence has a wide range of moves…..it learns crunch,dragonbreath, and and 1 gud move at 75…..u can teach it flamethrower and it almost becomes invincible……..u can buy flamehtrower tm from dept store……
it is one da sexiest pokemon in emerald…….i like it better dan the legendaries…….i hav been usin it htrough the entire game since i caught it………..
your team is a lil weak as camerupt swampert breloom combination for fire water grass is not da best in each of their fields…….u shud hav started wid torchic……grows 2 become da best fire/fighting pokemon of the game…..water dere is caravanha whcih evolves into sharpedo which is an awesome water/dark pokemon….. breloom is just weak….not a personal enthusiast of grass…..its only a prob if u face a water /ground pokemon and swapert is da only decent water /ground pokemon….whishcash is a joke…….so is an older pokemon quagsire………but breloom is fine if u wanna keep it…….if u really wanna strong team get a slakoth get it 2 learn a wide range of tms its last evolution is slaking….it attacks only once in 2 turns but its very powerful…….. dileep_matt
