Kyogre
Zapdos
Torterra
Gallade
?????
I dont know about the sixth pokemon. I need some suggestions.
And if there’s anything that you would change on my team please tell me!
(I can get any pokemon so I need the best of the best)

Your team is good, but Ho-oh and Kyogre can’t participate in the battle tower, so it’s not good for those purposes.
Try to get a pokemon with icebeam to wipe out the dragon breed. I, personally, am fan of Chansey as a defensive type. Chancy barely takes damage from special attacks and it can wear down and frustrate a lot of opponents. Cato
