I have a staff that some are very good and some are resistant. The resistant ones stick together and keep the moral low which in turn affects the ones that “get it” and do well in. This creates an undo tension. I’d like to do some team building exercises to try to get the negatives to come around and overall, to get them all working better together and with me.
