Team Building

I am a cheerleading coach and we are planning on doing some team building/bonding. I would like to do something that is fun. My boss told me not to take them to get pizza, etc. because this would make them look at me as one of them (I am a young coach, 23 yrs old, my squad ranges from 12-17) I feel that even though we are doing Relay for Life as one of our bonding sessions that we should also do other stuff. She said that I could take them to a nursing home or something…but that means that they would bond with old people not each other. I think that if we had an overnighter or lock in where they could practice their routines, play games and eat pizza that this would be a great idea. I am sure that I will be told that I can’t do it though. Anyone have any ideas? I was told not to include anything that would remind them of hanging out. Which is fine, I want to work on cheer stuff while we bond but I feel that we are being limited. Any ideas?!

The night before every district basketball game we have, our team gets together and has supper. After we eat, 2 people give a “speech” or more like a motivational or pump up type activity. This week is my week and i need ideas on something to do. Anything helps! Thanks!

i am starting over in pokemon platinum having just beat the game for the second time. i would like to know a good team to use. i always, no matter how hard i try, seem to be underleveled. i would like a team that is easy to obtain (no trades or anyone i have to wait for end-game for), easy to level, well-balanced, and has available moves that can do well (for example, most of the eevee evolutions do not get good moves until much later and it is painful training the eevee without those moves). any suggestions for good pokemon? thanks
